Garnet

The most prominent representatives in the group of Garnet in our Atelier are the Spessartite and the Rhodolite. Their Mohs hardness ranges from 7 to 7,5, and they are ideal to process and set in jewelry. Garnet especially stands out due to its strong light refraction. The Spessartite has a color range from orange to red-brown, and the Rhodolite has a more red-violet hue. Red is considered a primal color, and represents love, passion and impulsiveness. The effect of the color red is full of energy, distinguished and uncompromising. Garnet is especially popular, and ignites a fireworks of visions.
